McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital/TriHealth, Oxford, OH 2008 – 2015
Materials Management
• Effectively met multiple, comprehensive responsibilities for purchasing, shipping/receiving, central supply, central sterile processing and linen services in support of main facility as well as six off-site locations of this 60-bed acute hospital; managed work performance of seven personnel and recorded 82% GPO purchase compliance.
• Successfully reduced OR inventory by 25.2% and Central Supply inventory by 12.2%, directed change to new vendor for linen/laundry services and oversaw conversion to new infusion pumps within nursing areas.
• Was strong contributing member of team tasked with converting facility systems to CPSI computer system in 2010.

• Worked closely with Products Evaluation Committee in converting clinical non-contract items to contract items; diligently assessed products/vendors/distribution sources and increased group purchasing contract compliance from 29.3% to 80.29%.
